Positive: The property is located perfectly in Gettysburg. It’s tucked off the main road so it’s quiet. It was very clean and staff was super friendly! Room had everything we needed for our stay. There is a lounge area to enjoy a coffee, drink or just sit and relax. They also have the cutest ice cream shop - Cone Sweet Cone. BNB and shop are both highly recommended!!

Positive: Beautiful place in a beautiful location. Central to downtown so a lot of things are in walking distance.
Negative: if you're staying in the king suite, be aware that whoever is above you gets up very early and the floor boards creak like crazy.

Positive: Location was great and easy parking. I appreciate the breakfast but not enough health options- too many sugary things.
Negative: My room in the “carriage house” was a nice size but needed more lamp lighting. The overhead light was too harsh and bright. Some hooks in the bathroom would be helpful as well.

Positive: The Sleepy Hollow Manor was a fantastic place to stay for our weekend trip. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast/snack area was thoughtfully stocked and the sun porch was the perfect place to enjoy our breakfast. The owners were very sweet and even better, they own a great ice cream shop only a block away!
Negative: The only thing that we didn't love was that we could clearly hear the guests staying in the room above us while they moved around and were talking very loudly (yelling) while we were trying to sleep - but I cannot fault the owners for that.
Summary: The perfect place to stay for a Gettysburg trip!

Positive: This was the first time my wife and I spent in a B&B. We were impressed with the owners, who were very cordial and knowledgeable on the history of the town. Our room was clean, comfortable, and centrally located just off Baltimore Street and everything was basically within walking distance. A memorable vacation 3 night stay. If we ever get back to Gettysburgh we will stay here.
